Yes. Every new account gets a free first month: 30 days of full access with unlimited KFIN and CAMS invoices, GSTR-1 export and Money In all included. No card is needed, and the month starts when you verify your email. You can also see one of your own invoices on the no-signup demo before you even make an account.
You are not charged automatically, and your files are not deleted. After 30 days, choose a credit pack or Professional. Everything you made during the free month stays in your account, and you can always sign in to download your past invoices.
After your free month, if you choose pay-as-you-go, 1 credit = 1 signed fund house invoice. If your monthly batch has 15 invoices, that run uses 15 credits. Credits are used only when your invoices are created successfully. A failed run costs nothing. Credits belong to your account's single ARN and cannot be shared across ARNs.
No. Credit packs never expire. Use them this month or next year, they stay on your account.
If you also export your GSTR-1 through us each month, Professional is usually the cheaper choice, regardless of how many fund houses you have.

If you only use MFD Office for invoices and file GSTR-1 elsewhere, credit packs may cost less. For a typical MFD working with 10 to 20 fund houses, one or two credit packs, about ₹1,398, can cover a full year for less than Professional.
GSTR-1 export is included free, with no limit, on Professional. On pay-as-you-go it is 30 credits for a month's return, and re-downloading the same month, or getting the Excel after the JSON, is not charged again. It puts your KFIN and CAMS invoices for the month into one file to import on the GST portal, plus a plain Excel for your CA. You review it and file it.

Yes. Every plan starts with one ARN. You can add more ARNs from your Account tab. Each ARN is billed separately, with lower pricing when you add more. Extra ARNs do not have a free month. They are billed from day one. Use the calculator above to see the cost.
If your existing ARN is still on its free trial, yes. A bulk or multi-ARN purchase includes your existing ARN in the total.
For example, if you buy 3 ARNs, you get your existing ARN plus 2 new ARNs, with all 3 on Professional.
You do not lose any of your remaining free trial. Your existing ARN's Professional year starts only when its free trial ends.
If your existing ARN is already on Professional, this does not apply. You only pay for the new ARNs you add.
If you already use your own invoice numbers, MFD Office can use them when creating your invoices.
Choose Automatic to have MFD Office fill in the next invoice number for you, or Manual to enter the invoice number yourself.
This feature is free during your first month and free with Professional. On pay-as-you-go it costs 45 credits a month, only in months you actually use it, separate from your invoice-generation credits. You can set it up any time from Account → Invoice numbering.
If you use Tally or Zoho Books, download your invoices as a file and import them without retyping.
Tally XML is 100 credits and Zoho Books CSV is 100 credits, charged the first time you download that format for a batch, and free after that. This is free and unlimited on Professional. You can set it up any time from the Export tab.
Instead of downloading a file and importing it yourself, Auto-Sync connects your Zoho Books account once and pushes a batch's invoices straight in with one click, using your own Zoho login (you never share a password or API key with us). It only ever creates invoices in your Zoho Books — it never reads or changes anything else there. A one-time setup fee applies the first time you connect it. Included with Professional; not available on Credits.
CAMS's e-Sign helps you submit invoices through CAMS. MFD Office supports your CAMS and KFIN invoice work in one place.
